AZN Television to air Korea's Historical Drama Dae Jo Young

Tune into the historical Korean drama series Dae Jo Young on AZN television.

Tune into the historical Korean drama series Dae Jo Young when AZN television premieres the first episode on Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at 9:00 p.m. ET. The series airs Monday through Friday at 9:00 p.m. ET with a new ninety minute episode showing each night. In Korean with English subtitles, Dae Jo Young first aired in South Korea in 2006 on KBS (Korean Broadcasting System) and is the highest rated historical drama series.

Dae Jo Young is an epic historical drama depicting King Dae Jo Young and other heroes of the Balhae Kingdom, dating back some 1300 years ago. The King battles it out with Yi Hae-go, his rival for supremacy in the northern territories and they also face off over the love of Cho-rin, a woman from the Georan tribe.

AZN Television has aired hit Korean dramas such as My Lovely Sam-Soon , All About Eve and Winter Sonata . Dae Jo Young joins AZN's existing lineup of Korean dramas which includes the Hello My Lady and Hwang Jini series.
