The numbers being reported vary depending on the agency but one thing is constant: Typhoon Haiyan was one of the worst storms in recorded history.
The United Nations reports more than 330,000 people continue to be displaced from the ravages of Typhoon Haiyan. Thousands still are feared dead.
There are many ways to donate to help.
The United Nations has launched an aid appeal.

Typhoon Haiyan is one of the worst storms ever observed on Earth.
It has taken the lives of thousands, leaving more than 600,000 homeless in the Philippines.
