Fall 2007 Jefferson Fellowship application deadline is June 20

The theme for the Fall 2007 Jefferson Fellowships is "Mekong on the Move: Asia's New Economic Frontier?".

The East-West Center is accepting applications for the Fall 2007 Jefferson Fellowships open to U.S., Asian and Pacific Island journalists with at least five years of experience. The three-week travel and dialogue program takes place September 30-October 21 and begins at the East-West Center in Honolulu. Journalists will travel to Bangkok, Thailand; Phnom Penh, Cambodia; and Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam.

The deadline for submitting applications is June 20, 2007.
