Margaret Cho stages her Revolution on the Sundance Channel this month.

The film is the centerpiece of this years Out Loud event on the Sundance Channel, when GLBT-themed films air every Monday night at 9:00pm as part of DOC day and every day in June.

Cho frequently uses her life as raw material, and in Revolution she tackles everything from the Bush administration, to the entertainment offerings of Thailands red light district; from the functional flaws of a certain diet plan to a theologians highly specific interpretation of gay love.

Starring Cho and Bruce Daniels, Revolution was filmed live at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles during her critically acclaimed sold-out 2003 national tour. Written by Cho, the film was directed, produced and edited by Lorene Machado.

Revolution airs on the 22nd at 9pm, the 24th at 10pm, the 26th at 11pm and the 27th at 10pm.

Revolution is Chos third performance film, following Notorious C.H.O. (2002) and Im the One That I Want (1999). In 1994, she starred in the controversial, short-lived ABC sitcom All-American Girl, televisions first program about an Asian-American family.

The Notorious C.H.O. airs on June 27th at 8:25pm.
