Moondoggie steals the show on the red carpet at the Hollywood screening of Legally Blonde 2: Red, White, and Blonde

With the fourth of July summer blockbuster weekend behind us we now know that Arnold is really back, and Reese has tackled Washington the Elle Woods way.
StudioLA's team was enchanted by two four-legged stars who stole the show last week at the Los Angeles screening.

While a very pregnant Reese Witherspoon, was unable to attend the Hollywood screening of MGM pictures' Legally Blonde 2, all eyes and tails were on the pair of naturally blonde canines.

The sequel is actually centered around the two pooches. Once Elle (Reese Witherspoon) discovers that Bruiser's mother is being used as a cosmetic test subject by one of her firm's clients, in true Elle Woods style, she campaigns all the way to Washington to stand up for animal rights.

Moondoggie, who plays "Bruiser" in the film, and Gidget, who plays Bruiser's mother, arrived at the red carpet in true celebrity style. Wearing designer collars and well-groomed coats, the two Chihuahuas wowed the hundreds of fans in attendance.

But these four-legged actors are no strangers to fame. The original Legally Blonde launched Moondoggie to international star status. And Gidget was propelled into the limelight when she landed the role as the "Taco Bell Dog."

When you're an international film star, it's hard to escape the camera. With Gidget at his side, Moondoggie sported a mini video camera on his back to capture his every canine move of the evening. Ah yes, it's a dog's life. A very good dog's life.
